John Stratton practices in Moorhead Law Group’s litigation group in the Santa Rosa Beach Office as a business litigation and appellate attorney with extensive experience representing individuals and business clients in an array of industries. John has significant and successful litigation experience in complex commercial, corporate, land use, and condominium litigation, contract disputes, commercial loan workouts, and civil appellate proceedings in both state and federal appellate courts. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
John received his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law where he was awarded multiple recognitions for academic excellence and served as an editor of the Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the Florida State University.
John was born and raised in Southwest Florida until he moved to the Panhandle where he has lived and practiced since 2014. In his free time, John enjoys fishing and playing golf.
