Nick Youtz practices in Moorhead Law Group’s litigation group in the Santa Rosa Beach office. Nick’s practice areas include business and real property disputes including condominium and community association-related litigation along with probate administration.
Nick was born and raised in Northeast Ohio where he attended Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. After graduation, Nick moved to Florida where he earned his J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008. He began his practice working in the areas of real estate and creditor’s rights in courthouses across the state of Florida.
In addition to his practice, Nick is also highly involved in a variety of pro bono and bar organizations. Nick is a past co-chair First Saturday Legal Clinic offered through the Pro Bono Committee of the 14th Judicial Circuit. Nick currently serves as a board member for Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) and serves on the boards of Doorways of Northwest Florida and the St. Andrews Bay American Inn of Court. In recognition of Nick’s pro bono efforts, he was awarded the Florida Bar President’s pro bono service award in 2020. Nick also serves as a member of the Florida Bar’s Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
Nick and his wife, Lauren, live in Panama City Beach with their daughter and two dogs. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and is an avid college football fan.
